What is Music Therapy?
Music Therapy is the clinical and evidence-based use of music interventions to accomplish individualized non-musical goals within the domains of speech, social-emotional, cognitive, and motor functioning by a credentialed professional. No prior musical abilities are necessary to start Music Therapy.
Who do I help?
Our Music Therapy clients include, but are not limited to, individuals with: Autism, Developmental Delays, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, Schizophrenia, Traumatic Brain Injury & other Neurological Conditions, Blindness or Hearing Impaired, and Auditory Processing Disorders.
Who am I?
Peyton Coniam, MT-BC, NMT, BT is the Founder of this Pediatric Music Therapy company dedicated to improving the functional independence of a child with a variety of social, emotional, communication, physical, cognitive, and behavioral needs; as well as, providing parent education through new therapeutic tools and resources to help the whole family thrive.
